Derick young is the founder of Tacoma Runners and like to starts new things. He graduated in Politics and policies and  has biological technical back ground. Hes not an IT person but he knows how to speak the language of one. His advise was to have a partner but he doesn't like partners. It was very interesting to here that. He also said its better not to get too attached to a partner if you have one.
